Substantiation	Carbachol wordt op dit moment als injectievloeistof geleverd voor pupilvernauwing aansluitend aan intra-oculaire ingreep en wordt in de voorste oogkamer gespoten. Brimomidine is als oogdruppel verkrijgbaar. De uitkomsten van de fase 3-trial worden eind 2023 verwacht.

Additional remarks	Patiënten die in aanmerking komen zijn mensen die geen bril of lenzen willen. Het zal wellicht eerder gebruikt worden dan het laseren van ogen. Verwacht patiëntvolume kan ieder persoon boven de 45 tot 50 jaar zijn. Het patiëntvolume is daardoor lastig in te schatten (1).
