Substantiation	Er werden 35 patienten behandeld van februari 2014 tot juni 2017. De ORR was 72%. Er werd een complete response in 3% van de patiënten gezien, een gedeeltelijke respons in 69%, stabiele ziekte in 13% en progressieve ziekte in 16%. De mediane overall survival was 19,1 maanden. Het is nog niet mogelijk om een vergelijking te maken tussen tebentafusp en melphalan hydrochloride.

Additional remarks	In 2020 werden er 195 diagnoses gesteld van een melanoom van het oog. Ongeveer 50% van de patiënten ontwikkelt metastases, met name in de lever (2). In dit geval zou het dus gaan om een honderdtal patiënten die in aanmerking zouden kunnen komen.
