Additional remarks In het pakketadvies voor daratumumab wordt het aantal patiënten in de derde lijn ingeschat op 418. De verwachting is dat een deel hiervan mogelijk in aanmerking zal komen voor belantamab mafodotin. Doordat het middel volgens experts bijwerkingen met zich meebrengt is de verwachting dat het wordt ingezet bij maximaal 50 patiënten (onafhankelijk van de lijn waarin het gegeven wordt).
