Substantiation Therapeutische meerwaarde verwacht. Het is lastig om te vergelijken met huidige behandelmethoden omdat dat off label wordt gebruikt. Huidige methoden veel bijwerkingen. Daarnaast in plaats van elke dag tabletten slikken, 4 maal per jaar een injectie, wat kan leiden tot een toename van de therapietrouw.
