Therapeutic value

Current treatment options Indien r-chop al dan niet gevolgd door hoge dosis arac en asct bij fitte patiënten is gegeven, dan zijn de volgende behandelopties aanwezig: rituximab-bendamustine (RR 82%, PFS 17 maanden) RFC (RR75%, PFS 11 maanden) al dan niet in combinatie met mitoxantrone ibrutinib 1 x dd 560 mg tot aan progressie (RR 72%, PFS 14 maanden). Indien geen r-chop eerder of R-DHAP is gegeven dan andere behandelopties: lenalidomide (RR 40%, PFS 8 maanden) Bortezomib (RR 50%, PFS 5 maanden) temsirolimus (RR 40%, PFS 6 maanden). Tenslotte is bij niet-fitte patiënten nog chloorambucil te overwegen.
