Substantiation	Cariprazine is de derde 'dopamine receptor partial agonist antipsychotic' die beschikbaar komt naast aripiprazol en brexpiprazole. Het heeft in die zin mogelijk een waarde voor een subgroep patiënten (met negatieve sympomen) maar een meerwaarde is niet op voorhand te stellen.
