Additional remarks Flacon 100 mg kost €395,74 lijstprijs. Uitgegaan van een patiënt van 75 kg en behandelduur van een jaar (met inductie- en consolidatiecycli zoals hierboven beschreven). In het eerste jaar komen de kosten neer op ongeveer €75.982 op basis van lijstprijs (gebaseerd op 16 toedieningen). Daarna zal niet meer met daratumumab worden behandeld. Deze daratumumab indicatie valt niet onder het huidige financieel arrangement. Deze indicatie is in de sluis geplaatst tot dat er een financieel arrangement is overeengekomen. Op basis van lijstprijs (per mei 2020).
