Indications off label use Er staan al diverse off-label indicaties voor kinderen op de add-on lijst: CML op de kinderleeftijd; In combinatie met ALL chemotherapie bij Philadelphia positieve ALL op de kinderleeftijd. Dasatinib wordt voor dezelfde on-en off label indicaties gebruikt, als imatinib. Vaak wordt dasatinib als 2e lijnstherapie gebruikt bij onvoldoende effect van of intolerantie voor imatinib. Dasatinib is ook opgenomen in het kinderformularium.
