Additional remarks Zo'n 700 patiënten krijgen jaarlijkse de diagnose AML. Bij ongeveer 50% van de patiënten komt de ziekte terug (350). Daarnaast is de p53-route disfunctioneel in ongeveer 50% van alle tumoren (175).
