Inotuzumab ozogamicin

Extended indication	Precursor-B-cel acute lymfoblastische leukemie (ALL). Besponsa wordt op zichzelf gebruikt bij volwassenen van wie de kanker is teruggekomen of niet heeft gereageerd op eerdere behandeling. Besponsa wordt alleen gebruikt bij patiënten met ‘CD22-positieve precursor-B-cel ALL’. Dit betekent dat deze patiënten een specifiek eiwit (CD22) op het oppervlak van hun witte bloedcellen hebben.
