Substantiation De ORR en CR rates waren respectievelijk 78,9% (71/90 patiënten) en 57,8% (52/90 patiënten). Een andere behandeloptie die verder in ontwikkeling is heeft een subcutane toedieningsvorm. Intraveneuze toediening kan een nadeel zijn ten opzichte van subcutaan, echter lijken de resultaten van mosunetuzumab tot nu toe positief.

Additional remarks De incidentie van folliculair lymfoom bedraagt 600 in Nederland (1). 438 patiënten beginnen met een eerstelijns behandeling. 250 patiënten beginnen met een tweedelijnsbehandeling. Naar verwachting 48 patiënten beginnen met een derdelijns behandeling en 18 met een vierdelijns behandeling. Het aantal patiënten dat jaarlijks in aanmerking komt voor derde of vierde lijn behandeling komt dan op 66 patiënten. Volgens een expert opinie zal het aantal patiënten dat in aanmerking komt in ieder geval niet boven de 100 patiënten uitkomen (3).
