Additional remarks	Positieve CHMP-opinie in april 2021. EMA goedkeuring mei 2021. Zorginstituut Nederland heeft op 15 november 2021 geconcludeerd dat osimertinib (Tagrisso®) vergoed kan worden uit het basispakket als aanvullende behandeling na volledige tumorverwijdering bij volwassenen met stadium IB-IIIA niet-kleincellige longkanker (NSCLC) met bepaalde mutaties. Per 26 februari 2022 is deze indicatie vergoed vanuit het basispakket (Staatscourant 2022, 5825). Het afgesloten financieel arrangement loopt af op 31 december 2025. Dit middel wordt vergoed voor de volgende indicatie: "NSCLC, stadium IB-IIIA, EGFR exon-19del of exon-21mut, na resectie, mono, adjuvant , behandeling max. 3 jaar (Volw.)"
