Substantiation Middelen die overmatige slaperigheid kunnen behandelen en niet tot verslaving/gewenning leiden (zoals bij amphetamine varianten) of tot minder ernstige bijwerkingen leiden zijn potentieel klinisch veel waard. Of het effect op korte termijn ook behouden blijft op langere termijn is nog onduidelijk.
