Additional remarks Max. patiënten: assumptie incidentie gediagnosticeerd mBC = 3.674, 70% postmenopausaal, 75% is ER+, 15% is ook HER2+, 10% van de patiënten komt niet in aanmerking voor behandeling omdat hun conditie te zwak is of omdat zij vanwege aggresiviteit van de ziekte behandeld moeten worden met chemotherapie. Van max. naar realistisch patiëntenaantal: afhankelijk van de positionering en gebruik van de CDK4/6 remmers in 1L door de beroepsgroep. Ribociclib zal moeten concurreren met palbociclib wat een voorspelde marktpenetratie heeft van 60% in 2018 (Budget impact analyse van palbociclib (Ibrance) voor de behandeling van hormoonreceptor-positieve, HER2-negatieve gevorderde of gemetastaseerde borstkanker). Aangenomen dat dit deel van de markt evenredig wordt verdeeld gaan we uit van 30% voor ribociclib.
