Elke dosis abexinostat dient te worden ingenomen met een glas water van 240ml, tenminste een half uur vóór de maaltijd of meer dan twee uur na een maaltijd, met een tussenpoos van vier uur. Patiënten dienen te worden geïnstrueerd de tabletten in hun geheel door te slikken en ze niet te kauwen.
