Substantiation De verwachting is dat de PASKWIL criteria gehaald zullen worden. De SOLAR-1 studie was niet significant op overall survival in deze groep patiënten. De studie had wel een significant effect op PFS. In het cohort van patiënten met een PIK3CA-mutatie, de progressie-vrij overleving bij een mediane follow-up van 20 maanden was 11 maanden (95% confidence interval [CI], 7.5 tot 14.5) in de alpelisib-fulvestrant groep, vergeleken met 5,7 maanden (95% CI, 3.7 tot 7.4) in de placebo-fulvestrant groep (hazard ratio for progression or death, 0.65; 95% CI, 0.50 to 0.85; P<0.001);

Additional remarks Alpelisib en fulvestrant wordt al gebruikt in Nederland na endocriene therapie en CDK4/6-remmers. In 2024 waren er 174 gebruikers van alpelisib voor deze indicatie. Deze registratie zal geen invloed hebben op het patiëntvolume.
