Substantiation Lancet Gastroenterology and hepatology oktober 2021: resultaten van een multicentre, open-label, single-arm, fase 2 studie. De BICR-assessed response rate was 23,1% (95% CI 15·6–32·2) en de response rate in de tweedelijns setting was 34% (21·2–48·8). De mediane tijd tot response was 3,6 maanden, de mediane duur van de response was 5,0 maanden, de mediane progressie-vrije survival was 7,3 maanden, en de mediane overall survival was 12,2 maanden. Naar verwachting zal dit vooralsnog niet aan de PASKWIL-criteria voor NRS voldoen.

Additional remarks Er zijn ongeveer 700 patiënten in Nederland gediagnosticeerd met een cholangiocarcinoom (1). Hiervan betreft het in 36% een intrahepatisch carcinoom (n=252), waarvan 237 patiënten unresectable/relapsed resectable zijn (2). Hiervan zal ongeveer 50% chemotherapie ontvangen (n-119). 50% van de patiënten zal getest worden op een FGFR2 mutatie, waarvan ongeveer 10%-16% positief is, dit betekent dat er rond de 10 patiënten in aanmerking komen voor deze behandeling.
