Substantiation Bij een mediane follow-up van 16,1 maanden werden er 544 events geconstateerd. De mediane overall survival was 11,1 maanden in de NALIFIROX arm vergeleken met 9,2 maanden in de Gem+NabP arm (HR 0.84 [95% CI 0.71–0.99]; p = 0.04); PFS was ok significant beter (7,4 maanden versus 5,6 maanden; HR 0.70 [0.59–0.84]; p = 0.0001). Dit levert geen argument op om NALIRIFOX te gebruiken in plaats van FOLFIRINOX, ook gezien de inclusie ECOG 0-1.
