Een belangrijk potentieel voordeel van navepregritide is echter het gebruiksgemak, aangezien dit middel eenmaal per week subcutaan wordt toegediend, in tegenstelling tot de dagelijkse injecties die nodig zijn bij vosoritide. Deze lagere toedieningsfrequentie kan de therapietrouw en de belasting voor patiënt en gezin mogelijk verbeteren.
