Substantiation Het voordeel ten opzichte van de huidige behandelposities is de oplossing in een voorgevulde pen hierdoor is subcutane zelftoediening mogelijk. Voor de huidige behandelopties geldt dat het lastig gereed te maken is (suspensie) en vanwege intramusculaire toediening door een verpleegkundige wordt gedaan (mogelijk ook pijnlijker).
