Maximum patient volume for sluice References IKNL Additional remarks In Nederland wordt jaarlijks bij circa 14.000 patiënten longkanker vastgesteld, waarvan ongeveer 85% een niet-kleincellig longcarcinoom (NSCLC) betreft (1). Dat komt neer op zo’n 11.900 nieuwe NSCLC-patiënten per jaar. Ongeveer 50% van deze patiënten heeft bij diagnose stadium IV ziekte (gemetastaseerd), oftewel circa 5.950 patiënten per jaar. Bij deze groep wordt standaard de PD-L1 expressie bepaald. Ongeveer 30% van de patiënten met gemetastaseerd NSCLC heeft een PD-L1 expressie ≥50% (1). Dit komt overeen met ongeveer 1.800 patiënten per jaar die in theorie in aanmerking zouden kunnen komen voor eerstelijns behandeling met sacituzumab govitecan in combinatie met pembrolizumab.
