Substantiation Er wordt een therapeutische meerwaarde verwacht. Posoleucel zijn T-cellen gericht tegen CMV, BV, adenovirus, EBV, HHV6 en JC-virus. Dit middel kan gebruikt worden voor de behandeling van ernstige ziektes veroorzaakt door deze virussen. Bij ernstige immuun gecompromitteerde patiënten worden deze ziektebeelden gezien. Er is een goede behandeling en proxylaxe voor CMV (letermovir), maar ook bij CMV zijn er gevallen bekend waarbij men CMV-specifieke T-celtherapie gebruikt. Voor JC-virus, adenovirus en BK zijn er überhaupt geen goede middelen voorhanden. Wat EBV betreft is het vermoeden dat er geen tot weinig meerwaarde is ten opzichte van tabecleucel (Ebvallo) (2).
