Additional remarks Bij patiënten met bijvoorbeeld Crohn en/of darm falen komt hyperoxalurie voor (na dunne darm resecties), hier wordt echter niet standaard op gecontroleerd. De incidentie van nierstenen is bij Crohn patiënten verhoogd ten opzichte van de populatie waarbij dan een groot deel berust op oxaalzuurstenen. Mogelijk geeft reloxiase winst bij patiënten met de ziekte van Crohn met recidiverende nierstenen. Er wordt verwacht dat er mogelijk 5 tot 10 patiënten in aanmerking zullen komen voor dit geneesmiddel.
