Pembrolizumab + chemotherapie (voor plaveisel en niet-plaveisel) en atezolizumab + chemotherapie (alleen niet-plaveisel). Mono immunotherapie: voor patiënten met een hoge PD-L1 expressie (≥50%) en performance status 0 tot 1. De standaardbehandeling bij deze patiënten is pembrolizumab monotherapie.
