Additional remarks 1. In 2021 waren er 10.096 diagnoses NSCLC in Nederland. 2. Dit betrof 1.727 patiënten in stadium I, 822 patiënten in stadium 2, 2.231 patiënten in stadium 3, 5.247 patiënten in stadium 4. 3. Uitgaande van stadium 3 en 4 komt dat neer op zoʼn 7.478 patiënten. 4. Hier komen nog patiënten bij uit eerdere stadia die verslechteren naar stadium 3 en 4. Binnen een jaar is de inschatting dat dit 20% van stadium 1 en 2 bedraagt (510 patiënten). 5. In totaal gaat dit om ongeveer 7.988 patiënten. 6. Van deze groep heeft 77% geen plaveiselcelcarcinoom. Er komen dan ongeveer 6.151 patiënten in aanmerking voor deze behandeling. 7. Het aantal NSCLC-patiënten met EGFR betreft 5% tot 10% van deze patiënten. 8. Het aantal NSCLC-patiënten met ALK betreft 1,5 tot 4% (=308) 9. Het aantal NSCLC-patiënten met ROS1 betreft 1 tot 2% (=62). 10. Het aantal patiënten met RET-mutatie betreft 1 tot 2% (=62). 11. In totaal zijn dit 523 patiënten. Deze komen volgens het label niet voor behandeling in aanmerking. Het maximale patiëntvolume zal zijn (6.151-523=5.628). Gezien de overige behandelopties met immuuntherapie in de eerstelijn zal er slechts een deel van de patiënten voor deze behandeling in aanmerking komen.
