Maximum patient volume for sluice References NKR Additional remarks In de studie QUAZAR AML-001 (NCT01757535) werden patiënten behandeld met CC-486 als onderhoudstherapie na het bereiken van complete remissie met intensieve chemotherapie en die niet in aanmerking kwamen voor een stamceltransplantatie. In 2017 waren er 774 nieuwe patiënten. Van deze 774 patiënten is ~30% FLT3+ (midostaurine onderhoudstherapie is een geregistreerde en vergoede indicatie)) en ~30% IDH1/2+ (ivosidenib/enasidinib onderhoudstherapie). Deze patiënten zullen targeted onderhoudstherapie krijgen volgens label of als onderdeel van een HOVON studie, voor patiënten met een IDH1/2 mutatie is de HOVON-150 studie open.
