Van max. naar realistisch patiëntvolume: te verwachten marktaandeel na introductie van binnen de klasse CGRP remmers 25%.

Additional remarks ICER gaat uit van een geschatte prijs van $8.500 per patiënt per jaar voor Erenumab of Fremanezumab bij chronische of episodische migraine. De verwachting is dat eptinezumab verglijkbaar geprijsd zal zijn vanwege de concurrentie. Huidige standaardbehandeling (profylaxe) is goedkoop, echter ziekteverzuim als gevolg van migraine neemt mogelijk af en de daarmee gepaard gaande maatschappelijke kosten dus ook. De verwachting is dat het bedrag per patiënt per jaar tussen de €5000 en €10000 euro zal komen te liggen.
