Substantiation Bij volwassenen werd een LDLC daling van –49,0% waargenomen. Een case report van twee kinderen (12 en 16 jaar) liet 76% en 85% plaque regressie zien na 6 maanden behandeling. De verwachting is dat dit middel bij jongere kinderen therapeutische meerwaarde heeft. Bij HoFH is het belangrijk om zo vroeg mogelijk met behandeling te starten. Additional remarks Homozygote FH is een zeldzame aandoening. Er zijn ongeveer 50 patiënten in Nederland.
