Additional remarks Op 26 juli 2024 is risankizumab in de Sluis geplaatst (Staatscourant kenmerk 3910060-1068773-GMT). Aanleiding hiervoor was het macro kostenbeslag en de daarbij behorende financiële risico’s van risankizumab bij colitis ulcerosa wat eveneens betekent dat alle toekomstige indicaties in de sluis geplaatst zijn en niet automatisch zullen instromen in het verzekerde pakket. Positieve CHMP-opinie in april 2026.

Substantiation Er zijn voor deze indicatie nog geen IL-23 remmers geregistreerd. Concurrent guselkumab is wel recent geregistreerd bij de EMA. Er zou voor IL-23 remmers mogelijk wel een meerwaarde kunnen zijn binnen deze indicatie. Resultaten uit de studies moeten nog afgewacht worden.

Additional remarks In 2023 waren er 29 gebruikers van ixekizumab, een IL17-remmer, voor kinderen en adolescenten (zes tot achttien jaar) met plaque psoriasis.

Additional remarks Een voorgevulde pen/spuit Skyrizi van 150mg kost €3.232,08 (inclusief BTW) (1). Volgens het doseringsschema zijn er in het eerste jaar 6 toedieningen nodig. Dit is €17.791,26 (exclusief BTW) per patiënt per jaar (€3.232,08/1,09*6).
