Substantiation Resultaten van de fase 2 Revive trial (Kremyanskaya et al, NEJM, 2024:22;390:723-735) laten zien dat het aantal flebotomieën na 28 weken behandelen in de actieve behandelplan omlaag gegaan was van 8.7 per jaar naar 0.6 flebotomieën per jaar en het hematocrit is gedaald van 50 naar 44.5.
