Er zijn onmiskenbaar mensen die er meer gevoelig voor zijn dan anderen. Behandeling kan al starten voor de vlucht en duurt meestal een paar dagen afhankelijk van aard en ernst. Het risico van het oprekken van de indicatie is niet gering.
