Additional remarks Op de website www.kanker.nl is te zien dat het aantal nieuwe patiënten met CLL de laatste jaren rond de 1.100 ligt. CLL komt op alle leeftijden voor, maar vooral bij een leeftijd boven de 60 jaar. Ieder jaar starten ongeveer 600 à 700 patiënten met een behandeling tegen CLL. Ongeveer 1/3 van de nieuwe patiënten wordt dus nooit behandeld. Gelijk aan de budget impact analyse van ibrutinib bij CLL 1e lijn (2020) wordt uitgegaan van een jaarlijkse incidentie van 650 patiënten die maximaal voor deze behandeling in aanmerking kunnen komen. Naar verwachting wordt dit niet de voorkeursbehandeling. Aangezien deze behandeling niet opgenomen is in de richtlijn wordt er een beperkt patiëntvolume verwacht.
