CagriSema lijkt wel meer GE-bijwerkingen te hebben dan semaglutide alleen. REDEFINE-4 laat zien dat op gewichtsreductie tirzepatide effectiever is maar op HbA1c-reductie zijn ze gelijkwaardig.
