Additional remarks	Jaarlijks aantal nieuwe multipel myeloma patiënten bedraagt 1.333 (NKR 2018), waarvan 90% symptomatisch: 1.200. 50% van de patiënten zijn non-fit voor ASCT zijn >70 jaar en met comorbiditeiten en hiervan krijgt uiteindelijk 70% een actieve behandeling (420 patiënten). Maximaal 80% van deze groep krijgt Isa-VRd, Dara-VRd of Dara-Rd (336 patiënten) en 20% van deze groep krijgt een andere behandeling (84). De verwachting is dat Isa-VRd en Dara-VRd een vergelijkbare effectiviteit hebben en beter zullen werken dan Dara-Rd. Er vindt dan substitutie plaats binnen deze 80%. Inschatting maximaal 340 patiënten die dus in aanmerking kunnen komen.
