Additional remarks	Jaarlijks nieuwe MM patienten bedraagt 1.117, waarvan 90% symptomatisch: 1.006. Bij patiënten <70 krijgen 387 patiënten een tweedelijnsbehandeling buiten studieverband. Hiervan wordt verwacht dat 30% behandeld zal worden met PBD (116). 323 patiënten krijgen jaarlijks een derdelijns behandeling. Verwacht wordt dat 5% behandeld zal worden met PBD (16). Bij patiënten >70 en >65 met co-morbiditeiten krijgen 211 patiënten een tweedelijnsbehandeling. Verwacht wordt dat 10% behandeld zal worden met PBD (21). 95 patiënten uit deze groep krijgen jaarlijks een derdelijns behandeling. Verwacht wordt dat 5% behandeld zal worden met PBD (5).
